Embroidery-style pictures and embroidery files
Many "AI embroidery generator" sites make a picture that looks stitched. It is an image, and a machine cannot sew it. An embroidery file holds the stitches themselves, in a format such as PES or DST. Embify makes the file, and the preview is drawn from the real stitches.

Is there a free online embroidery design tool?
Yes. Designing on the Embify board is free, and a free account shows the stitches. You pay when you download a file.
Can I design embroidery on my phone?
Yes. The studio works in a phone or tablet browser.
What is the difference between an embroidery-style image and an embroidery file?
An image only looks stitched. An embroidery file holds the stitches your machine sews.
Can I put a logo and text together?
Yes. Add both to the board, arrange them, and they are digitized as one design.
