The usual way: send it away, wait, pay

Traditionally, putting a logo on workwear means emailing it to a digitizing service, paying £15–£40, and waiting a day or more for the file back, then paying again for every edit or new size. For an embroidery shop quoting a customer, that delay can cost the job.

Embify replaces that loop: upload the logo, and the auto-digitizer produces a machine-ready file in about a minute, with unlimited re-runs at different sizes on any paid plan.

Sized for real garment placements

Logo embroidery lives or dies by sizing. A design that sews beautifully at jacket-back size can lose its small text at left-chest size. Embify works in real millimetres against standard placements, and warns you when detail is too fine to survive at the size you've picked.

👕

Left chest, ~100mm

The standard for polos, shirts and softshells.

🧢

Cap front, 130 × 60mm

Its own digitization for the curved, structured front.

💪

Sleeve, ~85mm

A narrower placement for slogans and secondary marks.

🧥

Full back, 280 × 300mm

Jacket backs at full impact, with density set for the size.

Brand colours, matched to thread

Every colour in your logo is detected and matched to real thread shades, and the file carries the colour sequence so the machine prompts each change. You can reduce the palette in one click when a customer wants a cheaper, lower-colour sew-out.

Common questions

What logo file should I start from?

An SVG from your designer is ideal, but a decent PNG or JPG works: Embify traces it to vector automatically and removes the background.

Will small text in my logo work?

Text below roughly 4–5mm tall doesn't sew cleanly on most fabrics. Embify flags fine detail at your chosen size so you can enlarge or simplify before stitching.

Can I get the same logo in several sizes?

Yes: convert once and export at left-chest, sleeve, cap and jacket-back sizes; each is a proper re-digitization at that size, not a scaled copy.

Which machines are supported?

All major brands: Brother/Baby Lock (PES), Tajima and most commercial machines (DST), Janome (JEF), Melco/Bernina (EXP) and Singer (XXX).
