The honest answer about .EMB
.EMB is Wilcom's proprietary design format. It's not a format your embroidery machine sews from, and other software (including Embify) can't open or write it. Only Wilcom can. So a real "PNG to EMB" conversion isn't something any online tool can give you. The good news: you almost certainly don't need an EMB file. What you need is a machine-ready embroidery file your machine actually reads.
What you actually need
To stitch a PNG logo, you need it digitized into a machine format: DST (Tajima, universal/commercial), PES (Brother/Baby Lock), JEF (Janome), EXP (Melco/Bernina) or XXX (Singer). Embify auto-digitizes your PNG and exports any of these, that's the file that runs on your machine.
How to turn your PNG into an embroidery file
- Upload your PNG. Embify traces it to clean vector shapes automatically.
- Set the size and preview the realistic 3D sew-out.
- Pick your machine's format (PES, DST, JEF, EXP or XXX) and download.
